Dear Parents/Guardians,

Re: Community Heritage Trail Fund Raising Project

1. Greetings to all and I wish all of you well.

2. The school will be issuing to each student a Community Heritage Trail fund raising card, ‘happy heels, healthy hearts.’ The aim of this project is to raise funds for the building of our new Indoor Sports Hall (ISH).

3. The ISH will certainly be a useful boost to our existing facilities and enable the school to enhance its existing physical training programme.

1. The total cost of this project is $ 4 million and the construction work will commence in November this year, immediately after the ‘O’ Level Exams. The projected date of completion of the ISH is January 2010.

2. As a Government Aided School, St Gabriel’s Secondary needs to raise 5% of the above mentioned cost. Hence the target sum for this campaign is $200,000/-.

3. We therefore rely on your utmost support, generosity and understanding for this project so that we can achieve our target sum and provide your son/ward with better facilities for a quality developmental experience at St Gabriel’s.
